In yoga, your age is not measured by the number of years but by the movement of your spine. This flow incorporates the five major movements of the spine - side bending, twists, extension, forward folds, backbends. The flow is a little faster and a little stronger and introduces vinyasa (one breath - one movement). My filming and narration needs practice, but we are here to be real - not perfect (that's what I tell myself anyway).
